What began as a traditional retail services company in 2006, RIG has evolved into something much more—a retail intelligence and execution company built for what comes next. We are proud of where we have been, but even more excited about where innovation, technology and new thinking can take us.

Instead of focusing only on improving what retail has always done, we continually ask a more important question: What are we not doing? That question helps us uncover overlooked challenges, rethink outdated models and create smarter solutions—because we believe the answers to retail’s biggest problems are often found in the opportunities no one has explored yet.

StoreLink’s intelligent connection platform that matches store-level needs with the right qualified people at the right time. It enables faster response, clear assignments, verified results and greater accountability—without relying on slow, one-size-fits-all labor models.

Founded in 2006 by Mike Bynoe as Retail Integrity Merchandising Solutions, Inc., we became one of the fastest-growing retail execution companies in the United States—helping manage more than $100 million in sales and serving over 800 clients. After 11 years, we made a bold decision to move beyond the traditional merchandising model and build something smarter, faster and more connected.

Then the pandemic changed retail almost overnight. Field operations were disrupted, long-standing execution models were tested, and our company faced one of the greatest challenges in its history. But disruption also created clarity. It gave us the opportunity to rethink what retail execution should become—not simply more people completing tasks, but better intelligence, stronger store relationships, faster communication and verified results.

That vision became StoreLink™., a division of the Retail Integrity Group

Today, StoreLink combines decades of retail experience with artificial intelligence, technology and direct-to-store engagement to help suppliers prepare stores, identify execution gaps, connect with the right people, resolve problems and verify results. We are proud of where we began, grateful for everything the journey taught us and even more excited about building what retail execution has been missing.
